The Office of New Student Programs is currently hiring the 2013 Orientation Student Leaders. They're looking for a group of enthusiastic undergraduate students who will implement orientation programming for new students and family members. This is a paid position that will provide leadership, networking, friends and money! Selection to the Orientation Student Leader position is a unique honor and a rewarding opportunity for personal and professional growth.
If interested, please follow these steps towards becoming a campus leader:
1) Attend one of the following information sessions:
· Wednesday, October 17; 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Huff 1002
· Tuesday, October 23; 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the ARC MPR7
· Monday, October 29; 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Illini Union 314A
· Monday, November 5; 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the ARC MPR7
2) Fill out & review the application packet found on the New Student Programs website
3) Turn in the application by November 15 at 5:00 p.m. to the New Student Programs Office on the 4th floor of the Illini Media Building, Room 415 located at 512 E. Green St, or by e-mail to newstudent@illinois.edu
4) Wait for an e-mail with dates and times of group and individual interviews!
