Global Studies meeting

Interested in pursuing a major in Global Studies?  This Thursday, September 20th, the Global Studies Leaders will be hosting Get to Know Global Studies, an informational event designed to introduce students to the seven thematic areas within the major.  The event will be held in the atrium of the Foreign Language Building beginning at 5:30 PM.

Important changes to the Business minor requirements

Applicants must submit their Business Minor Applications throughout the month of January. All applicants will be notified of their admission decisions by Mid-February. The May Application Period will be eliminated.

Applicants must complete at least 45 hours and all the Prerequisite courses by the end of the fall semester to become eligible for admission from the January Application Period. All admitted students will enroll into the summer sessions and fall semester Business Minor courses during the April Advanced Registration Period.

Admitted students will be strongly advised to begin the minor’s course requirements with enrollment into the summer session Business Minor courses.

350 students will be admitted into the minor program for the 2013-2014 Academic Year. This is an increase of 50 students from the past academic year.
